My story
During the initial outbreak of Covid19 in March 2020,
I started to have have trouble sleeping.
By late summer,
I began having hot flashes and night sweats for the first time.
I realized I was entering Menopause.
I dove deep into learning as much as I could about how to get better sleep
AND how to navigate the symptoms of Menopause.
This course is inclusive, weather you are a man or a woman - however it does include some helpful information on Menopause and how to get better sleep during this stage of life.
