Each day we will introduce a new yoga posture with you. And within 30 days you will have learned a simple practice that you can do every day for the rest of your life.
This practice is simple, easy to do and help you feel great in no time!
SIMPLE CHAIR WORKOUT ROUTINES
Each day you will introduced to a chair workout routine to help build strength and fell better.
The chair routines are appropriately 7 minutes long each

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS FOR HEALTHY EATING
We won't try to convince to be vegan or vegetarian, but we will offer some tips, suggestions and thoughts for eating healthier!
