Welcome to Life OS 2020: Navigate Your Life with the Skills of a Yoga.

In our culture today, life is complicated. We attempt to balance our work life, social life, our private personal life, spiritual life and relationships. Some of us find that we have inadvertently established a different code of ethics and behaviors for each of these aspects of who we are, which creates conflicts within us. We have various roles that we must play; father, mother, son, daughter, husband, wife, coworker, boss, brother, sister, etc. Most likely we have many responsibilities; finances to manage, children to take care of, employees to manage, dwelling that need taken care of, friendships and relationships to nurture.

All of this can create incredible stress, tension, fear and anxiety in our life. The result is chaos, disorder, conflict and confusion. Not to mention the huge waste of our energy, our precious time and valuable resources. As each day passes, another day is gone forever. Sometimes it seems as if we live the same day over and over again, never really getting anywhere.

As each year comes to a close and a new one begins we often feel a few moments of optimism as we once again set new years resolutions. New goals and fresh starts are often abandoned by the end of January. Did you know that 92% of people that set new years resolutions never succeed?

Well, welcome back to your Life!! Starting today, you will take back your life and get control. It is not a complicated process, but it's also not easy. It will take some tenacity on your part, but you CAN do it! Through the process of changing your psychology and your physiology you will be successful. And you will have support! By joining our group of others, like you, that really want to adjust the sails a bit and set a course to a happy, healthy and vibrant life.
