How to modify sun salutations for Ashtanga Yoga

Over the years, even with consistent practice, I have found it more challenging to do full sun salutations in my ashtanga practice. This video shows how I now modify the sun salutations to suite my practice today.

The sun salutations are a great morning practice on their own as well. You can do one or more rounds of each variation in the morning to boost your energy level and your immune system.
